Refund policy

At Travian Vann, all purchases are considered final. Feel free to reach out with any product inquiries before making your selection. Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package; failure to do so will result in the inability to process refunds or exchanges. In the case of receiving an incorrect item, kindly notify us within 48 hours, providing your name and order number at contactus@travianvann.com.

Upon confirmation, we'll furnish you with a prepaid return label and dispatch the correct item or a replacement for any defective products.

Please ensure the original packaging remains intact, and the merchandise fits securely inside return boxes or envelopes to prevent damage. Be mindful that failure to protect the package may lead to non-acceptance upon receipt, with no eligibility for replacement or refund.

Note: Colors and sizes may slightly vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, or computer monitor resolutions. For size-related queries, reach out before making a purchase, as incorrect sizing does not qualify for a refund.
